As I was pouring my morning coffee, my attention was drawn to the breeze outside my kitchen window, which was making a pleasant wooshing sound. Closing my eyes, I inhaled the cool, fresh air, and felt my lungs expand and contract. Thoughts about the complexity of life and its tragic fragility swept through my mind, and I thanked the universe for giving me the opportunity to explore this amazing world. Unfortunately, my moment of existential mindfulness resulted in my coffee spilling all over my sketchbook
